Depending on your experience, you could be playing your sport for fun with some friends, or training like a professional athlete to reach the top of the rankings. You might only play recreational games, and you might also do hours of drills, off-court training, lessons, and whatever else you can do to make progress.

Regardless of where you are, this HECS Training Log will help make and keep your progress from session to session. More specifically, it'll help you add HECS Ball training to boost everything you currently do.

This log is entirely optional, but highly recommended. It works very well with the HECS Score knowledge, and will help figure out what to focus on next.
This log depends on 'chaining' your sessions together, whether you're drilling at home, on the courts, competing in tournaments, or any combination of time spent on your sport.
Once you're ready to continue, we'll take a look at how HECS Balls can be used for specific goals.
Quick Check-in:

Remember that this guide is meant to show you the potential that's within reach, so when you're ready, you'll know what you want to do!
