The HECS Score

Real-life racket skill stats.

What makes you... you?

As a racket sport athlete, you have your own strengths and weaknesses, your own style, your own history of competition, training, and play. You have strategies you love to use, tactics to employ, techniques to perform.

We're all different as players, which might mean that we need our own personalized guidance to reach our next level.

With HECS Balls, we have access to training opportunities no one else has. We don't need anything but a wall, racket, and some personalized instructions.

Find the weakest link, and fix it.

A breakdown of Hand, Eye, Coordination, and Skill

With your HECS Score, we can quickly find the next step to take for that major breakthrough.

Training with HECS Balls is more about unlocking your abilities, rather than grinding out thousands and thousands of repetitions of the same thing. You can make noticeable improvements in record time by focusing on WHAT to train and HOW you do it. That's our bold mission, with HECS Balls making it all possible.

In this example, training with one of the Skill Mods would lead to the quickest way forward.

HECSTrainingLOG_Full.pdf

Depending on your experience, you could be playing your sport for fun with some friends, or training like a professional athlete to reach the top of the rankings. You might only play recreational games, and you might also do hours of drills, off-court training, lessons, and whatever else you can do to make progress.

Regardless of where you are, this HECS Training Log will help make and keep your progress from session to session. More specifically, it'll help you add HECS Ball training to boost everything you currently do.

This log is entirely optional, but highly recommended. It works very well with the HECS Score knowledge, and will help figure out what to focus on next.

This log depends on 'chaining' your sessions together, whether you're drilling at home, on the courts, competing in tournaments, or any combination of time spent on your sport.

Once you're ready to continue, we'll take a look at how HECS Balls can be used for specific goals.
